Pg. 85: The End of the Day

Boats captured during a slow stroll at sunset.

I’ve been to lots of places with beautiful sunsets, but I have to say this view of the ocean and mainland of Scotland off in the distance might be my very favorite.

“May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds.” ~Edward Abbey

  2. no matter where you are I love it when the water is flat/calm. It has hampered my schedule more than once in a sailboat, but nonetheless been mystifying and beautiful

Sometimes (MANY TIMES) IT’S LIKE THAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ATLANTIQUE Apparently i have a problem with capital affairs, again

    • Ha, Dean! Let’s hope you have this kind of … ahem… smooth sailing on your trip here. Those waves can toss you around if you’re not careful!

      • Paris went well. Must have walked ten miles over couple of days. We are in London now. Traveling with a 17 year old has it’s challenges. It’s ten am and he is still asleep. I’ve been up for four hours. He stays up all hours on the computer….we meet somewhere in the middle for 8-10 hours of sightseeing.

        Are you feeling better?

      • Oh, man. Yep, the joy of travel. walk, walk, walk 😛

I’m feeling… ok. Not better, but not worse. So that’s a fine thing.
